How to Create a Minor Maintenance Request
Log into the Resident/Guest Portal.
Go to the Maintenance tab and select "New Issue"
Provide Details about the issue:
Subject: A short, clear title describing the issue. Example: "Kitchen sink is leaking"
Add a Message: A full description of the issue. Example: “There's a leak under the kitchen sink and a lot of water is starting to gather in the cabinet!"
Add Photos and/or Videos: This allows you to add photos or videos illustrating the problem
Select whether the property manager/maintenance team has permission to enter your residence without giving prior notice to look at the issue you've described.
Select “Create Request” to submit it.
Next Steps...
Once you submit the request, a notification email is sent to the property manager and maintenance supervisor.
They will review the issue and reply via the portal or text.
Once the issue has been resolved, your property manager will close the request.
